- IV amikacin, and;
- IV tigecycline, and;
- IV imipenem/cefoxitin, and;
- Oral azithromycin or oral clarithromycin, and;
- Clofazimine

- Inhaled amikacin, and;
- IV tigecycline, and;
- IV imipenem/cefoxitin, and;
- Oral azithromycin or oral clarithromycin, and;
- Clofazimine
|
- IV amikacin, and;
- IV tigecycline, and;
- IV imipenem/cefoxitin, and;
- Oral azithromycin/clarithromycin

Ethambutol may also be added to the treatment arms for participants with confirmed mixed NTM infections (slow growers + MABS) if required by the treating physician.

- Oral clofazimine
- Oral azithromycin/clarithromycin, and;
- In combination with one to three of the following oral antibiotics:

- Oral linezolid
- Oral trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole (co-trimoxazole)
- Oral doxycycline
- Oral moxifloxacin
- Oral bedaquiline
- Oral rifabutin

- Inhaled amikacin
- Oral clofazimine
- Oral azithromycin/clarithromycin, and;
- In combination with one to three of the following oral antibiotics:
